Since 2022, PACC has been dedicated to improving liveability for people living with disabilities. We provide quality care, support services, and activities for children (aged 7 to 17) and adults at our purpose-built disability care centre in Modbury.

Our NDIS accommodation is thoughtfully designed to meet our clients' accessibility needs while fostering their independence. Each room is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, like Smart TVs, internet access, lockable cupboards and lots of natural light.

That's why we offer a range of group activities for our clients to explore their interests and develop relationships through shared interests. So whether they like cooking, arts and craft, gaming, music and dancing, gardening, fitness or exploring nature, your loved one will discover a world of possibilities with us.

All allied health services delivered through our in-house model in partnership with Kinexus Care are funded under NDIS Capacity Building supports, specifically within the category, NDIS Improved Daily Living.

This category is designed to help participants develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible. It includes therapies that improve physical, cognitive, and communication abilities, all of which are core elements of everyday life.
