Since 2022, PACC has been dedicated to improving liveability for people living with disabilities. We provide quality care, support services, and activities for children (aged 7 to 17) and adults at our purpose-built disability care centre in Modbury.

Our NDIS accommodation is thoughtfully designed to meet our clients' accessibility needs while fostering their independence. Each room is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, like Smart TVs, internet access, lockable cupboards and lots of natural light.

Making connections and socialising is essential for everyone's well-being. That's why we offer a range of group activities for our clients to explore their interests and develop relationships through shared interests.
