Disability Housing Vacancies Adelaide | Supported Independent Living

Our specialist disability accommodation services (SDA) home is located in Modbury North. This state-of-the-art facility is designed for participants with approved SDA NDIS funding and currently has vacancies for three residents. The home is thoughtfully designed to provide a high standard of living, incorporating accessible features and modern amenities tailored to the unique needs of its residents, ensuring both comfort and independence.

In addition to our Modbury North property, we have housing options available in Joslin and Valley View. While these homes are not classified as specialist disability accommodation, they have been modified to meet specialist robust accommodation design standards. These properties are ideal for participants requiring extra support in a safe and stable environment without the formal SDA classification, offering flexibility and comfort to those with specific needs.

We also currently have one supported independent living (SIL) vacancy in Parafield Gardens. This accommodation provides a shared living arrangement with another male participant, fostering a supportive environment while enabling independence.
