Step 1 - Client Registration Form

We like to start by getting to know you. Download and complete the Client Registration Form, choosing the services you want. You can return the form to us by emailing: info@ourpacc.com.au

Step 2 - Meet Your Dedicated Case Manager

One of our dedicated managers will contact you, or your representative, to confirm the details, answer any questions you may have and provide you with a quote. We will also invite you to visit our centre to inspect our facilities and meet the team.

Step 3 - Confirmation

If you are happy with the proposed services, it is time to sign the services and consent form.

Step 4 - Set Your Start Date

Once all the paperwork is signed, your manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your commencement date. If transport services are required, we can arrange them at this time.

Step 5 - Get Started

This is where the journey begins! We will welcome you to the centre and settle you into your accommodation or the day services you have chosen. The settling-in period is important; our staff will be by your side to ensure it goes smoothly and make any necessary adjustments.
